Step 1: Download MetaMask

1. Download MetaMask: If you don’t already have it, download the MetaMask browser extension or mobile app.
   • Website: MetaMask
2. Create a Wallet: Follow the prompts to create a new wallet and securely store your seed phrase.

Step 2: Add Base Network to MetaMask

1. Open MetaMask: Click on the network dropdown (usually says “Ethereum Mainnet”).
2. Add Base Network:
   • Click “Add Network” and enter the following details:
     • Network Name: Base Network
     • New RPC URL: https://mainnet.base.org
     • Chain ID: 8453
     • Currency Symbol: ETH
     • Block Explorer URL: https://basescan.org
   • Click “Save” to add Base Network to MetaMask.

Step 3: Fund Your Wallet

1. Bridge ETH to Base Network:
   • Go to Base Bridge.
   • Connect your MetaMask wallet.
   • Follow the instructions to transfer ETH from Ethereum to Base Network.
2. Buy ETH on Base Network:
   • If you don’t have ETH on Ethereum, you can buy ETH directly on Base Network using a DEX like Uniswap or SushiSwap.
